PSD is now classified as a world-class institution in all fields of instructions. The foundation of PSD's world-class status is its Faculty and Administration composed of leaders in higher education, business and industry, science, engineering, and other professions. The institution takes pride with its accomplishments, traditions, and culture which make the School a pride of the Philippines under its philosophy; "Service and Excellence," as characterized by growth and sustenance of enormous and outstanding scholastic merits. As PSD celebrated its 19th Founding Anniversary, the High School Department had lined up a slew of events for the three-day festivity which includes Field Demonstration with the concept: "Children Around the World" and Employees' Night which showcased "Shindig". According to the High School Department Academic Coordinator, Mrs. Minda B. Reyes, the main attraction happened last October 3. The event's highlight focused on the theme, "We are One with PSD". The program showed the humble start of Philippine School Doha and displayed the different talents of PSD Faculty and Students from singing to dancing and hosting. Dr. Alexander S. Acosta, the School Principal, has given his commitment to providing opportunities that uphold service and excellence for the Filipino students and for the entire Filipino community.
