About the paper

Pursuant to the Republic Act 7079 or the Campus Journalism Act of 1991, Philippine School Doha promotes campus journalism and freedom of speech through the school paper.
Every year, under the supervision of an appointed moderator, The Link has taken many faces and improvements. This year, the paper takes a big leap in becoming independent from the intermediate department as it names itself as The Link Senior, the artery of free ideas. The tagline embodies the paper's aim to uphold the truth, the just and the beautiful through responsible journalism through its fearless views, balanced reporting and free expression of ideas, sentiments and opinions. It represents the high school department as it reflects the activities, the needs and voices of students, and the achievements, and the issues of the department.
From more than words ,to the art of expression ,to the artery of free ideas, the school paper serves as the artery that keeps the lifeblood of high school life flowing in the stream of responsibility and commitment.
Its regular sections include columns of editors and school figures,Campus news, Sci-Math, 101 Ways, Voices Bureau, Random Cuts, Movie and Book Reviews, Literary,Features and sports articles and a lot more.
This year's editor -in-chief is Kaleena Santos of Fouth Year Beryl and the moderator is Mrs. Elena D. Castro, an English teacher.
